Heroic Forge Games is an independent game studio and a DBA of XLists AI LLC. The studio started in June 2024. Its first release, Kung Pao Banqi, came out on Steam on October 24, 2024. Sven Rescues a Princess is planned for December 18, 2026 on Steam.

Heroic Forge Games started as XLists AI LLC in 2023. XLists AI LLC produced a watchlist screening API for the financial services industry. After failing to gain traction, we pivoted to game development to fulfill lifelong goals. Heroic Forge Games was created as a DBA of XLists AI LLC in June 2024.
Kung Pao Banqi is a two-player game of chance played on half a xiangqi board. Play hot seat, against AI, or online and beat your opponents with luck and strategy.
Sven Rescues a Princess is a 3D co-op horde brawler for 1–10 players. Hack and slash through 30–45 minute runs to save six princesses, then live with whatever you brought home. Hordes keep time with the music. Unlock everything by playing. No microtransactions or loot boxes.

Sven Rescues a Princess is a 3D horde brawler. You are Sven: a large, and not especially bright barbarian with an oversized axe. Six monsters. Six princesses. Bring them home, and hope they come back as themselves.
The hordes keep time with the music. Faster beat means more enemies.
